Bianca Lannier: 1. Usually you would be responsible for utilities when renting a house. You would need to talk to the landlord about this.2. Hard to say without knowing what area your in, the amount of people living there or what your typical utility usage is.
Michel Mccaulley: Water is probably included unless stated in the lease otherwise. The rest would depend on how big the house is. Where you live? Will it need heat in winter and airconditiong in summer, does it have gas or electric heat etc.
