Mitzie Clough: teach them when they are very young and then they'll know plenty like any other talking parret you see at a store.
Cassey Hollinghurst: when i taught my parakeet to talk i'd repeat a word or phrase over & over and he picked it up right away. the femalles aaren't the talkers though. thte males can talk a mile a miniute after they're taught how.
