Letitia Bigelow: I think you should be more specific about Computer peripheral. There are some network analyzer equipments by Fluke or Tektronix you can check, but you should be a professional to use those equipments.
Kelly Bistodeau: hardware diagnostic tools over the network? never heard of it. only hard ware diagnostic tool i have heard of is memtestx86 and you don't use any network. but you can look into slysofts soft ware.
