Your renewal would be with California since that is where you first registered it. Clark Lachowski: By the point you pay all the delivery fees and get the vehicle certified for Canada and a block heater hooked up, that you would be able to beautiful well come out the equal when you buy a auto in Canada and then sell it when you're completed your education. Possibly no longer a Lexus but a good Toyota.
