Booker Moros: idk something bout a drivers license decal on plates. i've got considered each year registration stickers. ya dont choose a dlic, registration, inspection or ins. to rigidity a vehicle. basically dont get caught.
Zelma Casebier: Some steal them off other cars, or buy a junker from a tow yard with current tags that have been impounded from other illegals, its a vicious circle.

They'll purchase insurance for 30 days, then keep it uninsured 'til the next year when it's due again. In some states, like PA, you are forced to turn in your license plates if you drop insurance coverage. Most of them up here just take the risk and hope they never get pulled over....Show more
