snowboarding rails?

Thurman Buege: um...try making one. Just find a pipe laying around, or go by one from like a Home Depot, then mount it on some wood.if you really want to buy one, try Ebay...it always has something.

Solomon Belback: if you are just starting out then you should probubly just get a cheap one to practice on. you can get them at ***** sporting goods.http://www.dickssportinggoods.com/product/index.js...http://www.dickssportinggoods.com/product/index.js......Show more

Clementina Collelo: If you want to start riding rails maybe find a small ride-on rail first to practice on. They are pretty simple as long as you make sure to center your board over the object before you ride on (which is a 50-50). And one of the biggest keys is to keep your shoulders parallel to the rail/box so you stay straight and not fall off one of the sides. Another key thing is not to stare at what's right in front of your board while you are on the rail but to look at the end of it. This also ! helps you stay on the rail. And once you get confident enough, try it with a little more speed. Then maybe try a little ollie on to the rail from the sides (it's good to practice both frontside and backside so you get used to both right away, and it helps alot in the long run) if you are confident enough with your ollies. Just have fun with it. Try to find some friends around the same level as you and work on stuff together. Progression is easy with a group of friends because it helps you to push yourself. Herma Ellebrecht: I would just make your own. If you do not have the ability to make yours you should go to a local fabrication shop with a drawling of what you want and they should be able to knock it out quick. A last case scenerio would be to hit up your local Lowe's, Home Depot, or any hardware store. Here you could purchase everything you need and assemble it yourself. You would just have to piece everything together. I hope this helps ou! t.

Emerita Sciandra: get like a thick 6" or so pvc pipe ! and mount it onto some ply-wood, detune the edges on your board, and your good to go, a skateboard rail will work too, but it kills landing on them, they are more expensive, and could get a little rusty, i've seen dece ones for like $40, but if u are going to get a premade one i would suggest getting a square tubed one just cuz its easier to grind and more like what you would find at a terrain park, peace good luck
